Founded in 1900 as the Montana State School of Mines, ��ϴ��¼�nological University is the state’s STEM university. The university has consistently risen to meet America’s emerging needs by preparing the next generation of STEM leaders.

��ϴ��¼� combines a rigorous academic curriculum with practical, hands-on learning, through lab work, undergraduate research, and field experiences. Because of this focus on practical preparation, the university has maintained a career outcomes rate of 90% or higher for more than a decade, with graduates consistently securing high-starting-salary positions.

��ϴ��¼�’s nursing department continues to receive a 100% pass rate on the NCLEX-RN examination. The results were from 17 who graduated in December 2018. In May 2018, ��ϴ��¼�’s first nine graduates from the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree also received a 100% on the exam. ��ϴ��¼� is one of only two public universities in the state to offer a pre-licensure bachelor of science in Nursing degree. The ��ϴ��¼� Nursing Program offers two degrees:
· Bachelor of Science in Nursing Pre-Licensure/Four Year
· Bachelor of Science in Nursing Post-Licensure Completion

��ϴ��¼�’s nursing students enjoy a 100-percent placement rate. “We are so proud of our nursing graduates and acknowledge all of the dedication and hard work necessary to pass the NCLEX-RN examination,” noted Karen VanDaveer, Director of Nursing at ��ϴ��¼�. “They will have a positive impact and help improve the healthcare of the citizens of Montana and beyond.”
