ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ¼Ç students ace the Educational Testing Service (ETS) Proficiency Profile Exam out-performing 94% of 252 similar institutions where over 124,000 seniors took the same exam. Each year ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ¼Ç administers the Educational Testing Service (ETS) Proficiency Profile Exam to approximately 400 juniors and seniors. This proctored exam measures general education outcomes in critical thinking, reading, writing, and mathematics. Since 2006, when ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ¼Ç first began giving this exam, ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ¼Ç students have consistently out-performed comparable institutions. As might be expected of students attending Montana’s premier Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) institution, ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ¼Ç students demonstrate outstanding performance in the areas of critical thinking, mathematics, and natural sciences, typically out-scoring 97% of comparable institutions.
